Assistant Account Executive

MIR Is seeking candidates for the following position in Jakarta Office.


As an Assitant Account Executive, you will be an assistant to Account Executive and  have the responsibility for:

  1. Manage and review our Client's Insurance Products and Insurance Policies
  2. Handle client concerns and queries
  3. Interact and coordinate with insurance underwriters
  4. Prepares billing and invoicing 
  5. Prepare renewal activities


What you need to have:

  1. Any Bachelor Degree 
  2. Minimum 2 years of General Work Experience at any workplace 
  3. Experienced in General Insurance or Insurance Broker with Insurance Product Knowledge
  4. Able to use Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook efficiently
  5. Able to speak and write in English and Indonesian Language
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communiation skills
  7. Good analytical skills, detail oriented, quick learner, proactive and great with time management.
  8. Preferably have experience in Insurance and have insurance product knowledge (Underwriter, Marketing, Account Officer)
  9. We are also looking for freshly graduated University Student to join our MIR team.
